We accept cash, checks, debit, Visa and MasterCard. We also offer in-house financing and payment plans through CareCredit® for patients who qualify, because we understand that it can be difficult to find quality dental care at a cost that fits your budget. Our goal is to remove financial barriers so that all of our patients—regardless of age, income and dental needs—can receive the care they need and desire.
It is important to make definite financial arrangements before any treatment is performed. This will enable both you and our office manager to know what your financial responsibility will be. Payment is always due at the time of service.
Many of our patients at Monrovia Dental Care have some type of dental insurance, and we are in-network for most PPO plans. Even if we are not currently preferred providers for your plan, we will be happy to help you make the most of your benefits.
Please bring your insurance card with you to each visit so that we can make sure our records stay current. As a courtesy to you, we will file and track all claims and provide postage for special claims. Please remember that you are responsible for the payment of all professional fees at the time they are provided, regardless of the extent of insurance coverage.
We strive to run on time so you won’t be kept waiting, and we ask you to arrive for your appointments on time as well. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please kindly give us at least 48 hours notice so that we may offer the time to another patient. Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment may result in a charge for booked time.
